(née Sims) Evelyn, aged 97 years.
Died peacefully at Nazareth House, Lancaster (formerly of Harrogate), after a determined 9 year
struggle with Alzheimer's,
on Thursday January 31st 2019.
Widow of the late
Tom W. Whittaker, loving mother
to Mary (Frankland), the late William and Helen (Sayer) and mother-in-law to Roger.
Devoted grandma to
Tom, Ella, Sam, Thomas,
Heather and Rachael,
and proud great grandmother to Sophia, Zara, Emily and Lottie.
The funeral will be at
Lancaster Priory Church, on Monday February 18th,
at 3pm and afterwards at
The Midland.
Family flowers only, but donations to The Alzheimer's Society
would be welcome.
