MEAD Doris Edna
(known as "Pat") Passed away peacefully in Worthing Hospital
on the 25th November 2018, aged 88.
She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at 1:00 p.m.
on Wednesday 12th December 2018
at Worthing Crematorium.
