Ellis Janice (Jan) Of Mansfield, passed away on 17th January 2019, aged 79.
Funeral service to take place on Friday 15th February, 10am committal at Kingsway Cemetery, Kirkby in Ashfield, followed by a service of celebration, Salvation Army Mansfield, at 11am.
Donations received in lieu of flowers will be for Marie Curie and Cats Protection.
