Shore Simon Lyttleton Simon passed away on Sunday
21st July 2019. He will be sadly missed by his wife Andrea and sons Nathan and Harrison.
He will also be dearly
missed by Nic and Jo.
A service will be held at
St Chads Poulton at 11:30am
on Friday 20th September 2019
followed by a committal service
at Carleton Crematorium.
