Hall Ann Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 24th April 2019, aged 75 years.
The funeral service will be held at Sherwood Forest Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd May, at 2.30pm.
Family have requested donations to be made to John Eastwood Hospice in loving memory of Ann.
